PUMPKIN
Sorcerer

This full size pumpkin is on the size vine any small gardener can use. Produces a 15-22 lb. pumpkin on a 10' vine. The fruit is round, deep orange and sports a strong, long handle for excellent Jack-O'Lanterns. Can also be used for pie filling. A 2002 All-America Winner.

Days to germination: 4-7?
Days to harvest: 100
Planting depth: 1"
Spacing (hills/row): 4'/4'

Suggestions: Choose a sunny, hot location with rich, well-drained, but not too heavy soil. Seeding should be done when soil is warm and all danger of frost is past. If planting in hills, place 4 to 5 seeds per hill, then thin to 3 to 4 strong plants per hill after emergence. Space hills 4' apart in all directions.
