PEPPER (HOT)
Scotch Bonnet

Scotch Bonnet is a type of Habanero, considered the hottest pepper in the world. Words such as hellish, blistering, and incendiary are used to describe the heat. The red Scotch Bonnet is sweeter and a little less hot than a Habenero (but still extremely hot).

Heat scale: 10 (out of 10)

Brand: Botanical Interests
Days to germination: 10-20
Days to harvest: 100
Planting depth: 1/4"

Suggestions: If saving seeds, plant hot and sweet peppers in separate areas to avoid cross-pollination. Pick peppers regularly for increased yields.
