Peppers

PEPPER (SWEET)
Giant Szegedi

From the town of Szeged in Hungary, a 4-7" long, 2-3" wide paprika pepper whose color changes from pale yellow to orange to dark red when fully ripe. Can be eaten at any time, but best flavor is after the peppers have turned red. Medium-thick flesh is tender and succulent and stuffs well. Verticulum wilt tolerant.

Suggestions: If saving seeds, plant hot and sweet peppers in separate areas to avoid cross-pollination. Pick peppers regularly for increased yields.
