Pepper seedlings

A lettuce seedling starting to sprout

Collard greens and broccoli seedlings
Almost every pepper and tomato seed has sprouted. I've already thinned them all. The only ones that haven't sprouted are a Czech Black pepper, a Fatalii pepper, both Pepperoncinis and a Moonglow tomato.

The broccoli and greens are also doing well. All of my lettuce (1 of each of the 6 varieties I'm growing) have started to sprout, but the parsley is just barely coming up (1 out of 6).

I need to do a lot of work in the outside garden. If it's nice this weekend (not rain or snow), I am going to do a preliminary clean-up of the beds and the areas around them. I'd also like to cover the beds with some black plastic.
